What SMS gateway would you reccommend, I live in Australia?
Any SMS gateway that provides HTTP SMS sending. For example, any provider that will allow you to put the message parameters in a URL: i.e.:
http://www.mysms.com.au/send.php?mobile=1234567&message=page-change&account_id=1234&pass=mypass
That would be an example of what Refresher uses when sending an SMS.
