Who is locking me from updating a record from FileMaker or Scheduler

If you are trying to update a record in FileMaker or from with Scheduler you will recieve a notification informing you that the record is 'locked by another user'.

Normally FileMaker will indicate which user is currently editing the record, however Scheduler is unable to indicate who is editing the record, therefore it is recommended that if the record does not become free after a suitable interval where possible try performing the same task using FileMaker.
