Engineers not showing in Job Reports?
If some or no Engineers are being displayed in the Job Reports from Scheduler, ensure that the Staff type is set as Engineer.
To set the Staff type:
- From the WSM Main Menu
- Click Settings
- Click Staff and User Account Maint.
- Select the Staff member from the list on the left
- The Staff Type will then be displayed on the right.
To amend the Staff Type:
- Click the Edit Staff Member button
- Adjust the Staff Type accordingly
- Click Save & Return
- The Staff Type will now be set.
Scheduler will need to be restarted for these changes to be effective.
