Authentication unsuccessful in my email alert
An email report from FM Imorter with the content "Authentication unsuccessful" denotes that the email account recieving email reports has an incorrect password or authentication configuration.
To update the email settings for the FM Importer email account, perform the following:
- Open WSM FM Importer
- Click “Access” tab
- Enter the password for the WSM email inbox
- Save your changes
- Close WSM FM Importer
- Open Services (on the Windows server)
- Stop the WSM FM Importer service
- Start the WSM FM Importer service
The new email details have now been updated.
