I am not able to enter my serial number? Where is this done?

Ensure that you have installed the correct version of the application. For example, if you have purchased Refresher 1.3PRO but have Refresher 1.2 installed, you will need to install the Refresher 1.3 PRO version.

Here is a link to the application downloads page:

http://www.computech-it.co.uk/downloads.php

Download and install the correct application file. You will then be prompted to enter your serial number. Once the serial number has been entered, the application will be unlocked and ready for use.
