Outlook login prompts are not popping up
This is because Script errors are disabled (and the outlook box requires scripts to run). Script errors can be disabled/enabled by clicking "Disable script errors" within the Advanced menu of settings.
Go to: Options -> Settings -> Advanced -> Disable script errors
