In answer to the question, Refresher provides a user with an advantage over the user without Refresher. If everyone has Refresher it is a matter of a first come first serve basis, which is quite frankly, what the situation is without Refresher. However, everyone having Refresher should give everyone a fair and equal distribution of jobs.

Some appraisal guys had contacted us months ago saying “can I use Enterprise to auto accept orders?”. At the time, Enterprise was not capable of such a task, however, these appraisal people just could not get any jobs. Therefore, there is another product, which we are unaware of, that will automatically accept jobs. After some complicated modifications to the Refresher Enterprise program, when purchasing Enterprise these home workers were able to beat the others and get some jobs and thus some more income, as they were always being beaten to the job all the time.
