Email Refresher is an automatic refreshing tool that checks any of your email accounts at your desired frequency. If you are monitoring your emails for a certainly link to click, then you can set up Email Refresher to do just this, in a matter of minutes.

No. The only way your license would be affected is if a new version of the product came out with additional features (should you want this new version). The new version would be available to you (for free if within 30 days of your purchase, or for an upgrade fee thereafter). The new version would obviously include all of the custom development that we had completed previously for you.
The Email monitor will check to see if any new emails match the link text that you have specified. This can be set-up in "Settings".
