How do I order support?
Please use the contact form or call us directly.
How quickly will I hear from you?
Is it an emergency? If so, don't email us or use the contact form. Instead, call us right now.

Otherwise, we'll typically get back to you pretty quickly -- at least a confirmation email within 24 hours. How soon we can work with you depends on how full our schedule is, and how much you're willing to pay. We may be able to reschedule other commitments or ask a consultant to work late, but you pay a premium rate for this. Please be sure that you're prompt and accurate with your schedule, too, or you may lose your place in line and have to wait longer.

I have an emergency can you help?
Usually, yes -- call us right now. However if we're too busy we might be unable to help. Make sure you have a support contract with us if you're planning to use our services on short notice.
Can I request a given engineer to work on my case?
Yes, but this may delay your case or cost extra money.
Can you come onsite?
Yes, but it usually takes longer to schedule, is less efficient for you, and is significantly more expensive. Give us a call. Most of our customers who believe that they need a week of onsite are pleasantly surprised at what we can do remotely and how much less it costs.
What is the minimum amount of hours I can purchase?
There is no minimum.
What is your billing increment?
1 hour.
My company needs a custom agreement, will you be able to sign it?
Yes but this may take longer time and minimum time purchases may be higher.
Will you sign my NDA?
Our contract has a very strong NDA included. We'll sign yours if needed. But we won't sign a non-competition clause or anything else that restricts us from doing business freely.
I'm self funding my small site, can I get a discount?
The best option is to ask for a cap on the hours, and we can structure the work so you will need less of our time to reach your goals (but will have to spend more time yourself). We also may be able to get you some discount in some cases, just do not expect very much.
What is a way to get discount, then?
We may be able to offer you a discount on bulk-purchased hours with an up-front payment, or possibly on a long-term contract.
I'm not sure my problem is with FileMaker. Can you help?
We are not just FileMaker experts. We work and develop with many different types of hardware and software.
Can you work in my timezone?
We try to find someone from a reasonably compatible timezone, but we'll work at odd hours if necessary. (It may make scheduling more difficult, though.)
