What is I-Appoint and how does it work?
I-Appoint is a web based jobs board offering employers the ability to list vacanacies and jobseekers the ability to apply for vacancies online. The applications can be fully managed by the respective employer.

I-Appoint works by simply logging into the web application with your secure credentials and then listing a job (as an employer) or applying for a job (as a jobseeker). Jobseekers can also save searches and receive daily email alerts when a new vacancy is listed on teh web site which matches their saved search credentials.

Who would use the I-Appoint?
Virtually any Company that wanted to manage a recruitment website or a recruitment company that wanted to enhance their presence on the internet.
How do I get I-Appoint?
One of our field staff can show you a demo of the I-Appoint application running. Once we have agreed a specification, we can then provide you with the bespoke solution.
How easy is it to use I-Appoint?
I-Appoint is installed and managed by us. There is no software installed at your site. You access the system remotely through a web browser, just like any other internet site. We also offer training so that you know your staff are going to be able to use the solution. We create our interfaces using friendly and intuitive techniques, leaving the complex parts behind the scenes so that users can get on with their work.
What are the timescales to implement the I-Appoint?
Depending on whether you require further customisation, will determine the implementation timescale. Should you have the basic version with no further customisation, including training and installation, you could be using the complete application within a week!

We ensure that all staff using the system are fully competent with every action before we complete our training. Our support teams are always available should you have any additional requests.
