This is the main window of Optometer©. The detail provides you with a snapshot overview of different durations since Optometer© was started.(See Fig 1.0a - Optometer Main Window).

You change change the settings of Optometer© under the 'Settings' tab. (See Fig 1.0b - Optometer Settings).

When you are due a break, a friendly pop-up window notifies you. This will will remain on screen until you finish your break or until you click "Back to it>>". (See Fig 1.0c - Optometer break pop-up)
