Technical Specification
The system requirements are very basic requiring a server which need not be dedicated, windows server 2000/2003 and Microsoft outlook. Some inbuilt Server features will need to be enabled for the system to operate as follows:-
- ODBC drivers (provided)
- VPN access for remote support
- Terminal Server for remote support
Should you require any hardware for the implementation of the Wireless Service Management (WSM), we are also able to provide, install and configure the hardware.
Wireless Service Management (WSM) can be run on a server and be accessed from anywhere on your internal network or via VPN.

Wireless Service Management (WSM) is compatible with the following minimum system specification:
- Windows Operating System (2000/XP/Server/Vista)
- Minimum system requirements:
- 256MB ram
- PIII
Required software to run Wireless Service Management (WSM):
- FileMaker Pro V7 onwards, or FileMaker Server, or FileMaker Server Advanced
